  I have ordered several times from Zip-ty and each time has been a pleasure. The last thing I needed from them was to have my ECU re-flashed. The problem I had was I was leaving in 5 days for a week long ride and had replaced my slide-on with a new FMF version. I was starting to have flame outs and the only cure is a re-flash of the ECU. I called and they said they could get it re-flashed and back out the same day(out the same day have heard that from vendors before) with next day shipping. Long story short I had it back 2 days before I left. They did exactly what they said they would and were a pleasure to deal with. Bike runs great, had a great trip without flame outs, and have a new vendor for all my bike needs. This is the kind of place that will keep you coming back just because of the service.
